What we offer
Concept for a sourdough bakery, focusing on hancrafted breads - back to the roots: Ingredients are flour, water and salt only + a lot of time!
Target group
Everyone as everyone enjoys eating world class bread. However main target audience seen in persons that appreciate healthy food and with an income above average.
Challenges
As a career changer I am new in the bakery business. Need to find/ identify the light location for the bakery in Munich area.
Our Story
The breads you get in regular bakery Shops are produced in an industrial way, so they include various chemical/artificial ingredients. Within very short time these breads lose fresh taste and get dry. My handmade breads will clearly differentiate by long lasting very fresh taste (thanks to sourdough, water and time) and be 100% organic. Baking and selling bread will take place in the same location. Values are sustainability, transparency, inclusion, focus.
